Dean and I have had two separate dealings with this shop over the last 6 months.

Firstly we bought a multi region DVD player.
The assistant was helpful and polite, not overly pushy with sales patter.
We selected the player we wanted and called back after eating lunch giving them time to box up the player.
We were happy with the service provided

We also visited the shop earlier today as we wanted to buy a new camera.
At the start of Mainstreet we had enquired about buying a camera, not sure which model to go for Dean had asked the assistant for some advice and not had much luck. Basically he was given the hard sell without being given any relevant information.
When entering Galaxy the staff were more than happy to spend time talking to and advising us.
I went of to to a little clothes shopping and came back around 15 minutes later to find Dean and the assistant with 3 different models out on the counter.
Dean was encouraged to go outside the shop to try out all the cameras taking shots of the passers by.
All in all I would say the sale took around 45 minutes and the assistant was attentive and extremely informative and helpful.
He arranged a great price for us on the model we picked and gave us discount on the carrying case and the SD memory card.
I highly recommend this shop to anyone wanting to invest in a camera. The staff are knowledgeable about the products they are selling.
